Yesterday we went to Steve Irwin's "Australia Zoo" in Beerwah. It was really good and we spent $15 on a photograph of the two of us holding a Koala. Ahhhhh.
We saw loads and loads of animals and watched the Croc show in the Crocoseum. We even managed to catch up with a Kangaroo. There are loads of photo's attached in the photo album section on this entry. We have put a deposit on a Ford Econovan Maxi that will, fingers crossed, take us around Australia. We decided to go with a dealer so we have a bit of a Warranty. It's pretty good. It has a big bed, that's doubles up as a sitting area with table. Fridge (and a small freezer compartment for Ice), Cooker and a Microwave. It also has Air Conditioning too which will be a great help in the heat.
We pick it up after the ashes on Friday... Hopefully we can inspire Flintoff and the boys to turn around the disappointment of Day One! Today, Thursday we have spent most of the day shopping for bits for our campervan. More thumbnails ...
