Australia Gives India A Cricket Lesson

World series cricket returned to India today, with Australia defeating India in the best of two games. Lead by Darcy Rayner 105 from 8 overs, Australia posted a total of 135 from its eight overs. Rayner dominated the Indian bowlers with class as he smashed the bowl around the ground. Dropped by the Indian wicket keeper in the 4th over on 45, he continued to show the Australian dominance over the Indians. Finally dismissed in the 8th over lobbing a tired shot to leg gully the Australians then only scored 5 more runs. India's run chase started of slow only scoring 6 runs from the first 3 over and losing 2 wickets. Rayner took 2 wickets in the 5th over and India collapsed from there to be all out in the 8th over. Rayner was named man of the match for his 104 runs and three wickets.
