Our last stop in Spain is in Barcelona. We are staying right next to a huge market called Las Ramblas. It's a huge market with everything from flowers to fruit to nuts to fish to pig ears. I must say it might be the most colourful site we've seen thus far. Very beautiful. And, yes, it reminded me very much of the markets I went to in Guatemala. Then we went to the Picasso museum. Unfortunately none of his famous works were really there because they have been sold over the years and this museum was solely made up of works he donated. After that we went to a huge cathedral that towers over Barcelona. It's called La Sangrada Familia and it's by an architect named Gaudi who is very famous here. Now we are off to catch a world cup game amongst the crazy fans here in Spain. I look forward to more riots in the streets!
