We have now made it across to the western side of the Eyre Peninsular and have stopped at a beautiful litle park right on the coast just South of a town called Ceduna. There's a lovely, long sandy beach and then a peninsular with cliffs leading down to little, rocky coves. The camping area is on top of the peninsular and there are some amazing views from here down the coast. Unfortunately, it's a little windy (in fact, we heard on the radio the next day that there were gusts of over 100km/hr, which is pretty strong!) and with our tent bending in the gusts and being perched slightly precariously next to a cliff edge we had a bit of a sleepless night! We were hoping to spend a few days here, but with the winds forecast to continue we decided to try and find somewhere a little more sheltered...
