Just a quick update.

After crossing the High Atlas along a rough, 50-odd-Ks-long, unsealed road - and having lots of fun driving my Landy in the process! See pictures here - we spent a night camping IN the spectacular Todra Gorge, and we have now stopped in Erfoud, a stone-throw away from the (apparently) incredible sand dunes of Erg Chebbi, in Eastern Morocco.

Tomorrow we'll head in the desert proper and camp there for a night before making our way back to Khenifra, my guide's hometown, for some rest, hammam, and homemade Ramadan breakfast.

Still having trouble uploading pictures, which is a shame as I've been through some amazing landscapes, stopped in beautiful, quite spots, and met interesting people.
