We got up late. oh yeah also, last night we had french fries with mayo (it's what Amsterdam is known for)....pretty good actually...until you get to the fries with way too much of it. ew.

So after breakfast Jeff and I went to the atm and then were going to go rent bikes to ride around. So my money receipt nor my money would not come out of the atm. i started to freak out because I was taking out a lot. Some guy tried to help me out and called the number on the ATM. So at this point I was just in a bad mood and we went back to Chris's. I wanted to call my bank but had to wait for like 4 or 5 hours for it to open. So after a bit we went back out to try to find bikes and could not find a cheap rental...so we just wandered the random neighborhoods of Amsterdam. They are so cool! Seriously. :)

So after we got back I called the bank but everything was ok. We then went with Chris to another part of town (Leidesplein). Yet another sweet part of town. We watched a B boy group perform there. On our way back we stopped at Albert Hejn (grocery store) and Jeff and I made dinner: garlicc bread, brats, crudites, avocado, tomato sauce, and soup....and of course Amstel. Then we all just hung out, talked, chilled, and drank Amstel. It was a good time. Chris had to get to bed because of work. I was sad we never got to repay him for letting us stay over. The day before when we went out he wouldn't let us buy him drinks...i think only like one. We'll have to repay him another time then! He was a great host though.
