Waking up was hard.
After breakfast we went back to the Palace and saw the changing of the guard. We left about half way through once they got into the palace grounds because it got boring. Oh and it was also really warm outside! :)
We headed toward the Thames and Westmister Bridge. The Thames was really pretty. We then went to London Bridge....why the heck did this bridge get a song after it? It was really ugly. But then we went further to Tower Bridge which was gorgeous. Before crossing it we got a lunch off a lady at a booth. I got a potato which was awesome and Jeff got a hot dog.
So we crossed the Tower Bridge and headed over to the Tower of London...dun dun dun
So it was 14 pounds....basically most of our daily allowance but whatever. It was great! We started with a small tour given by a Beefeater. Ours was named Dave and he was absolutely hilarious! We saw where queen Anne got beheaded, stories of the past, the church where much royalty was buried, and the towers where you can see the prisoner's inscriptions. We also saw a 530 carat diamond!!! :) :)
So since it was our last day we wanted to get Fish and Chips again. Then we went to Sansbury to get stuff for our trip the next day and for breakfast because we had to get up really early for our train. Off to Belgium and The Netherlands tomorrow!
