Last day in Paris. Woke up at 7:20, got breakfast, and left for the Louvre. Got there at 9:20 and the line was not bad. Free entrance (1st sunday of every month). First we looked at the Italian and French paintings. Ok the Louvre basically itself is a work of art. It's insane. Then we headed over to the Mona Lisa. So many people were there! We got close to it but it was so small. But I'm glad to have seen it.

We saw sculptures then some Raphael, Carvaggio, Renoir, and Degas....alll fantastic! So after a few hours we went back to the hotel because we were exhausted.....and so we took a nap until 5. Felt great. We did some laundry and packed up.

Then we went to this really nice restaurant by Pigalle as a goodbye France kind of a thing. We got escargot as an appetizer and it was delicious! Then I got salmon, rice, and onion soup and Jeff had escalope and we don't know what it was. Looked like veal. Desert I had chocolate mousse and he had caramel custard. Then we bought wine and strawberries and enjoyed our last night in Paris :)
