Woke up at 8:30. We saw that one of our roomies whom we called "gnarly dude" ( because that is the word he said most often) brought back a girl last night. way to go guy. So showers here are so odd. Our floor has two showers but in each shower room you have two shower heads....since we would preferably not like to shower with a stranger we just showered together. Breakfast at this hostel is somewhat lame. Yet somehow a baguette made us full.

We then went to hang by the Cathedral and wait until twelve for the dancing of the Sardana. At noon music began playing and old people began to "jump" in a circle...aka the sardana. After one round of the song we decided to jump in with them. Jeff was holding hands with our circle's "leader" and she yelled at him for talking hahaha. But we were really good I must say :) How many people can say they danced the Catalunian dance with the natives? Chocolate Con Churros
Chocolate Con Churros
! Then we got some churros con chocolate...yum!

Off to Museu Picasso. It was very interestingly laid out. It showed his works in chronological order along with a biography for each section of his life. It was cool to see how his work eveolved. Good museum! Jeff got yelled at for trying to take a picture.

Then we went to our market and got some cervesa to pre-game for the night of the Euro Finals! We then met up with our friend we met on the train and some guy from California. We tried to go back to this one bar we found but it was packed. We walked around forever but finally found a place that served cervesa for 1.80 euro. We had quite a few there and then Spain won the Euro!!! It was insane! We went back to the plaza and the crowd was so wild! People were climbing poles and stores with their flags. I have always wanted to be in the country of the winning team of the Euro or Worldcup and here we were! what a feeling. Ole Ole!

Then we went to a few more bars and one of them was anti-Espana....somewhat typical of Barcelona. One of the guys was singing the celebratory song in mockery but I started to sing along. Basically his friend pulled him back and he gave me a death stare. I thought I was going to have my face pounded in. Let's just say we got no beer there and left right away.
