So yesterday after we got back from the rafting we showered and went downstairs to get some beers and cheese fondue. It was all delicious! Tipsy, we went to town and tried to find ice cream. Got that and it was awesome.

Today we got up early to go hiking and first relocate to yet another hostel (ugh)...AlpLodge. And then it started to RAIN!!! NOOO. I was so angry because I really wanted to hike! The clouds were so incredibly dense all over. It felt as if there were marshmallows surrounding us. So we went to Coop to get lunch and decided to eat it under a tree by the river. The trees were so thick that no rain was getting there. So we started to eat. After a while the trees were not holding the water well and we put on our ponchos. So we sat there on a bench in these bright blue ponchos snacking on our food and just laughing uncontrollably at what situation we were in haha. Somehow when we got the hostel I was soaked.

At night, the rain ceased and we went to get chocolate fondue. Hahaha and since of course we're scrimmaging for food we found a place that said "free salad" with fondue. Well the waitress seemed so confused by this for some reason but she eventually brought us our salad hahaha. it was 3 pieces of lettuce, some shredded carrots, and a tiny bit of dressing. oh well. then we had chocolate fondue. good dinner
