After another delicious breakfast at the hotel, Sonja and I decided to get some girly pampering. Andina Spa was recommended to us, and it was close by, so we booked ourselves in for a facial, manicure and pedicure (45 soles, 15USD). A couple of hours later we came out feeling very girly and also very hungry. We went over to our local - Paddy's, the Irish bar - and I had a massive lasagne.
We bought cake on the way home which looked fantastic but turned out to be tasteless. We got drenched as we headed home for a nap.
In the evening Sonja, Honor and I continued our girl day by getting dressed up and heading to the Irish pub for a few drinks. We sat down next to some kiwi guys who we'd seen about 5 times over the past couple of days and were both called James. Sonja took a liking to one of them. They seemed to know quite a few people, and we were soon introduced to more lovely people, mainly from the UK and Ireland.
We moved across the Plaza de Armas to the Mama Africa nightclub, which is apparently the best in Cuzco. The music was great and I had tons of fun dancing and meeting more people. Most of the people were like us, having a last night out in Cuzco before leaving town in the morning.
I grabbed a delicious McPollo (McChicken) combo on the way home to bed.
