Turquoise water, white sand, palm trees - it may sound like a cheap postcard but this is Zanzibar reality.

And we're in love.

Today, our last day at Kizimkazi, we arranged a snorkling trip that took us 30 minutes deeper into the ocean and to an amazing coral reef near some small islands. We saw many fish and corals of different shapes, sizes and colors. After about an hour and a half of trying to find Nemo, we headed toward a tiny Island (20mX50m) which is actually a sand bank and just as it sounds - it's just a pile of sand in the middle of the ocean. Our guide and captain built a tent for some shade (this was our sukkah!) and BBQued us a freshly caught lobster, king fish, octopus in tomato sauce and rice - our best meal in Zanzibar so far!

This was an amazing day and an experience that could only be cooked up in paradise!

Tomorrow we are heading to the northern beaches,

No photos yet, but hopefuly we'll be able to upload soon.
