Time is short and I still have a long way to travel.  After returning to Dar Es Salaam I got on the first train heading to Kipiri Mposhi in Zambia, which lies about 4 hours by bus from the capital Lusaka.  Being quite used to the slow pace of travel in Africa by now it was no surprise to me when the engine broke down several times during the trip.  What did surprise me was the $100 visa fee for Americans.  Even the Brits don't pay that much!

Nearly 50 hours and 2000 km after leaving Dar I arrived in Lusaka.  The following morning I boarded the first bus to Livingstone on the Zambia\Zimbabwe boarder.  On the outskirts of this small town lies one of the most famous natural attractions in all of Africa.  Victoria Falls on the Zambezi river is the largest waterfall in the World and an amazing site to behold.  Even from Livingstone several kilometers away you can see the spray from the falls.  After taking a stroll on the bridge in front of the falls I was left absolutely soaked from head to toe.

Also while walking around the park I was confronted by several baboons.  They can be tricky little beasts as I saw one grab a guy's lunch bag and eat all his fries.  There is also an really cool place to bungee jump from the bridge which separates the Zambia and Zimbabwe.
