Back to Aulkland.We were given a sketchy map drawn by Dan of the area where his Grandfather lived after emigrating from Ireland years ago. We found his house in Howick where his life is noted on a plaque; we also found his grave up the street behind the Church.
Stayed with Madeline again. Her cat Minx kept us entertained for our stay. Lunatic loves poking her head in everything - and getting it stuck too!Weather was great so we did a two for one boat ride on the bay which was really cool. Got that with Jucy Car Rentals. Swear to God - got so much with that car. Hooked up with a daughter of one of Ailbhe's work colleagues - Catherine Boyd. She was a hoot. Went to the beach with herself and her mates and finished the night off in Fr. Teds in the city no less.
