Sendero de los Quetzales was nice but that is all that was worth coming here for and it really wasn't that spectacular. Just a fairly easy trail that older people can do to see the Panamanian countryside. Books really talk it up. If you are debating going here, save time and money. Go elsewhere. I wholeheartedly recommend going to Parque Nacional Omar Torrijos & La Rica (El Cope). Stay with the Navas Family or stay in a tent....incredible local people and awesome little town too!
