After our safari we went to the Indian Ocean, the beaches south of Mombasa, gorgeous sand and warm water. Unfortuneately there was a tremendous amount of rain and so we got down to school work and made the best of our time there. The day we left a major bridge was washed away by the flood. The road back towards Tanzania was beyond brutal and we got stuck in the mud in the ditch. The driver was driving in the ditch because it was better than the road.
