No, I didn't forget any vowels...it's Ljubljana. This is a nice place, nicer and more expensive than the rest of the former Yugoslavia. Feels much more like western Europe. The town itself was pretty mellow. At night they have bands playing at different places along the river where people hang out and eat and drink. About 12 or 1 this area empties out and people go to the clubs. On Sunday it was lined with people selling antiques that I couldn't afford or appreciate but some of the ladies at the hostel were pretty excited about. The highlight of Slovenia for me was the daytrip to Bled about 1 hour away. Small town on a lake that has a small island with a church on it. Rented a rowboat with this girl that I bumped into from the hostel and took it out to the island and rang the bell inside which is supposed to be good luck I guess. That was cool.
