Ok...I'm not going to lie...and I think by now its obvious...I'm a procrastinator...

This is a blog that can only be written by me...I'm sure Kris would have written it himself if he could...but this one is here is Paris (thank you all for your patience!)

Let me start by saying Paris has always been my number 1 city to visit. It has always been at the top of my list and it has never wavered. I have been tempted by others but the minute I stepped off the train, I knew it was worth the wait and that this was MY city.

We were lucky enough to spend the weekend in Paris with Josh and Lindsay (Kri's bro and sis-in-law) celebrating their 5th wedding anniversary along with our own 2 year. Kris and I arrived Friday evening via Eurostar...the best way to travel Europe in my opinion...and headed to the apartment we rented in the Montmarte district to meet up with J & L. As always, Kris had a surprise up his sleeve and insisted we head to district #7 for dinner. After much debate, we gave into him! We headed to dinner via the metro and exited right next to the Eiffel Tower. It was amazing. I'll never forget the feeling of seeing it for the first time ... I dragged Kris up the stairs and practically ran to it. It was beautiful and it was one of the best surprises I could have received.

Editor's note: Tamara was given three months to write this blog and failed so I will sum up Paris for you until she has time to finish: The food was excellent, the city was beautiful, the people were stand-off-ish, we dranks some great wine, saw some great things, I was run over by a car and I witnessed a woman pull down her kids pants and have him take a big ole' dump right in the middle of the sidewalk that ran along the canal.

It was everything we hoped it would be.
