Today Shannon and I drove from Kerrville to Henrietta.  300 Texas country miles of praisin the Lord.  We were in the jeep with no top, cloud cover and 58 degrees.  I had the most awesome revelation as we drove.  I have read the book of Colossians countless times, but today while I listened to Shannon read it out loud it took on a new life.  The same words, many of them that I can quote from memory sounded like God was authoring them right onto my heart through Shannon's voice.  As I drove along on these back country Texas roads, looking up at the clouds, enjoying the cool weather, God was speaking directly to me through my wifes voice.  What another unspeakable treasure.

God has allowed us to see the affects that autumn has on His creation from Vermont to Texas.  The leaves are mostly turned here now too, and they are just as beautiful as anywhere else.  I thought maybe I would share a few pictures so that others could share in this with us

When we got into Texas a couple of weeks ago we were completely exhausted.  Since then we have had time to reflect, rest, recover, visit, revelate, and even start new projects.  The ministry that God's fall colors has produced in us is cause for us to praise Him continually.  I hope and pray that everyone is finding great reasons to praise and give thanks to God.  Please feel free to use this post to comment and share your thanksgiving praises with us all.  Blessings!

Much love,
