Thursday, I woke after deep sleep and made hashbrowns and eggs for Crosby and myself. Jo'burg is damn cold in the winter! It almost froze. You have to find sunlight to sit in all day. Crosby's house is nice for reflection and meditiation with giant windows overlooking Jo'burg and northern South Africa.

I took a nice long bath and got ready for U.S. customs by putting my various seeds in my pockets. Then it was time to go. Crosby got me to the aiport without a problem.

When I checked in, They tried to tell me I didn't have a seat and would have to fly stand-by because I didn't reconfirm. I was sure to put up a big fuss since I had just changed my ticket the previous day when there were plenty of seats, and the lady told me SAA doesn't do stand-by, anyway. How could they have not re-confirmed me when I checked in for the first leg of the journey? The guy gave me a seat.
