Where I stayed
Nairobi is so different to Uganda, the Kenyans dont seem as friendly compared to the Ugandans , as they dont seem to come up to you as much and say how are you
and straight away it feels daunting walking through the streets
Kenya seems much poorer though, on the way to the elephant sancturay yesterday saw the biggest slums in Africa the 'Kenyan slum' i took a picture and it literally is awful to see and really sad
the actual accomdation here is amazing, breakfast with bed so stuffmy face silly with food love it!!
the room and bed is ace too the best accomdation ive ever had!!
saw some elephants in an elephant sanctuary yesterday, where poachers kil more elephants now than ever due to the ivory ban being lifted last year!! awful or what!!
also saw a baby rhino so cute!!
then moveed onto the giraffe sacntuary and fed giraffes and saw the giraffe manor the famouis one where you can have breakfast with giraffes!!! the one you see on tv
kenya is gorgeous of wildlife!!! going to the city today i'll let ou know how that is!!!
its more daunting to get on a matutu too, in uganda easy and didnt feel unsafe, but here you hear sotries about the people touching your wallets in your pockets and anyway poss to get your stuff, they have nothing though and the slums confirmed that!!
thoguh Nairobi is a stop of palce really, seen it now and off to Tanzaia tomorow
love to all
