7:05 - Woke up, actually did, and called Vic for 5 minutes since she had to go to Kings Dominion but I talked to my mom for a half an hour. My grandma is flying everyone out to Bermuda in April. I have to see if I can go or not. 8:25 - On our way to Glacier. 9:07 - Correction now we are on our way. We had to get an oil change at a gas station that took forever. Me and Keith played kick-the-rock to pass some of the time. Miles check: 9,780 miles; 201 hours 39 minutes.

12:24 - Welcome to Idaho! Oh boy! Lots of trees and valleys. Keith went to toss his gum out the window but got rejected. Idaho is our 20th state on this trip. 12:35 - Took an exit hoping to find an all-you-can-eat Pizza Hut but instead we are lost. Lost in Idaho. We saw Idaho people; probably Idahoing is what Keith said. I said that I go a hoing back in Jersey. Get it? HA HA HA! Just joking. 12:40 - Found the Pizza Hut. Brett told me Flynn makes fun of me because I say the z's in pizza as s's. Flynn's dead. 1:15 - I took over driving for the rest of the time.

2:15 - Welcome to Montana and new time zone, mountain time zone so it's 3:15. Driving scenery includes a huge sparkling lake surrounded by huge mountains all around. We seem like we have been driving around this lake forever. It never ends. 7:00 - Welcome to Glacier National Park. We went to the visitor's center for some info on the campgrounds and trails. We decided to camp at Apgar which is right at the visitor's center and food market. 8:10 - Went to the food store to get kobasi and beer for tonight. There is a dark big cloud hovering over us. We hear thunder and felt a few drops but nothing major yet. We are making dinner now with the hope of no rain. The ranger at the visitor's center was telling us what to do if we encounter a bear. Basically, we have no chance in hell since we can't run away or fight back a 400 lb grizzly. He suggested curling up in a fetal position and just lay there while the bear roughs you up. Ok, I guess I would do that. I think I will take my chance running. Just saw lightening. Not good.

8:30 - Started eating outside but the rain interrupted us so we split into the tent. 5 minutes later it was over. We tried to get a campfire started but it didn't work. We didn't have the starter wood. So we played the boom box and played asshole. Brett was the big winner tonight. We drank both 6 packs and it was cool. Passed 2+ hours. 11:45 - Time to sleep. Tomorrow we have a busy day of hiking ahead of us. Should be fun if the weather cooperates.
