We spent yesterday at Disneyland Paris and it was (as you  would expect) Amazing.

Mum, Cilla, Brigitte, Jessica, Emma and myself all arrived at the park at about 10am, we had a few problems with train tickets but worked them out in the end. the next problem was park tickets... for anyone on their way to Disneyland Paris, the first gate is only a baggage checkpoint, YOU DON'T NEED A TICKET to get through this checkpoint, so don't spend an hour walking around trying to find the ticket gate, it is on the other side of the checkpoint!
once inside it was fantastic, Jess and Emma kindly took Cilla for 2 hours to go on the scary roller coaster rides and us oldies (Mum, Brigitte and I) headed straight for the cup and saucers... via a gift shop, so after an hour we headed for the cup and saucer ride, I have to tell you that it is more fun than you think, really entrance

we all met up again for lunch then jess, Emma and Brigitte headed their own way as did Mum, Cilla and myself. The only "incident" all day happened at the scary manor, cilla suddenly decided she didn't want to go in because it was scary, I really couldn't understand, and tried to make her, she had just been on a loop-de-loop roller coaster and she was scared of fake spiders?????? anyway, it ended with me walking away straight into the house, which i have to say was FAR from scary, I know she would have liked it. We made a deal to leave the crap at the frontier land train station and both stuck to it, so the rest of the day way a real success. we had arranged to meet up again at 4pm and that was just in time to get really good positions to see the main street parade, that was amazing, I really had to fight to hold back the tears and with every float I thought about how someone I love would have loved to see it. I truly recommend going to Disneyland... Pay off your house over 6 years or pay the loans next year, do whatever you have to do and get to Disneyland, you wont regret it!
After 8 hours at the park we had to leave (It was closing time) so we headed back to the hotel, Sylvia and Renee where in the lobby and it was great to see them, cant wait to catch up with everyone today. we have a busy day not so planed, ending with the show tonight so i will catch you all up again soon.
