Flew in from Bali here. I over stayed my Indonesian visa by one day and was fined $20 at the border. The funny part was that if I did leave on the date I was suppose to, my plane ticket would have been $30 more anyway so I still came out ahead. Met a cool Swedish traveler with 2 mohawks and huge raver pants. He lives in Indo and speaks the language fluently, so it was nice to hang out with a guy that could sweet talk the locals and get better prices. That night we went to the roof top bar at our hostel and had a good old drinking session with an Irish, Swedish, German and English couple. The cheapest beer in Malaysia is always in the hostel bars - so that's where most budget travelers end up! No Pictures for this entry becaues I have already been here (except that I (Chelise) put the photos on this entry by mistake))! So to make up for no pictures I decided to throw in a joke told to me by some Dutch dude......
