is our last day reporting what we have learned, and we appreciate all of
you reading our blog. We are at the White House getting information on
how President Richard Nixon resigned, making Gerald Ford the new
president. This was the first and only time any president has resigned.
It was also the first president not elected by the US people because
Nixon’s Vice President Spirio Agnew had resigned. We also learned about
the Watergate scandal. I learned how Nixon and his administration
covered up the incident. Due to congress and senate demanding that the
president resign but he refused, but eventually on August 9 1974 Nixon
resigned, the next day Ford was sworn in as President. It has been a
honor blogging for you all. Thanks!

I would recommend some advice to President Obama and governor Romney. I would tell both men that when it comes to being president dont cover things up its always better to be open and clear with the public.
