I started meditating when I moved out on my own after my separation. I knew the meditation was working as tears would always flow
It's been 2 months since I was in Vegas. It was time for another anti-aging treatment. Since I was at a spa, I figured it would be a good time to apply all the various creams I had purchased from Einav. I wanted to do some reading and because of the rain I wasn't planning on doing much walking or stopping on my drive back to Nanaimo. The Universe works in an awesome way to ensure we do what we have to do. Last Saturday when I went for my walk around Victoria I had stopped at a coffee shop. As I'm sitting on the patio a couple (Phil & Elizabeth) sit next to me. I find out they moved from Guelph, Ontario about a year ago. I mention that Nick goes to RMC. They tell me that that's impossible as it doesn't look like I'm much older than thirty. I've heard that a few times before, and I've only used that anti-aging stuff a couple times.
I chat with the couple for a while and mention my Journey
Once I've anti-aged by a few weeks I pack all my stuff and check-out. I drive over to one of the restaurants in Tofino that serves breakfast. The waitress sits me in a corner, by myself, where I can look at the "Cherry Blossoms" (her words). A few minutes later the other tables in this section get filled. My waitress is the sweetest thing with this Australian accent. Her mannerisms are just so cute. You had to be there. Across the street from where I'm sitting is the SandStone jewellery & gifts store. I had seen some inspirational cards there the other day and wanted to go back to pick some up. I'm just wrapping up brunch when I notice Patty, the store owner, opening up shop. The store opens at eleven. Perfect timing.
I walk over to the store and start picking out cards
I hit the road for Ucluelet at the other end of the Pacific Rim National Park. I've been told that there's a nice hiking trail at the far end of town that brings you by the lighthouse. I get there and it's raining/misting. I grab my camera and umbrella and start walking along the trail towards the lighthouse trying to stay dry. I need at least one photo of a lighthouse on the west coast. As I'm writing this I'm looking at the map of Ucluelet and realize that there's a road that leads straight to the lighthouse. I didn't have to walk the one kilometre in the rain. Oh well. It was a nice walk. Even if I wasn't properly dressed for it. I met this gorgeous young woman on the trail and I made a comment about the rain. She says she doesn't mind at all walking in the rain. Actually, neither do I except when I'm trying to keep my camera dry. Something I've been noticing lately is all the gorgeous young women out there. All the women I see are gorgeous.
I let my ego get the better of me in yesterday's blog
Last year when I was in Rome I fell in love with the Italian women. This was before I even realized that Alyssa was my Dream Girl. This was during the period I was trying to "clarify" what kind of person I was attracted to, physically, spiritually, and emotionally
Then there's my dream house that I found on the Island. My dream house isn't really for me. I don't think I'll be spending much time there. I'm a free spirit. I'll be travelling the world taking my photos and writing. The house will be for my parents. My dad has always wanted to move to the west coast. Maybe it's time that they do. The house has 4 bedrooms.
I promised you all pictures of the Goats on the Roof when I visited Coombs. I've driven by a few times during my various tour days but they were never out. Today they were. So here are a couple of pictures of the "Goats on the Roof" Market with the Goats actually on the roof.
I love you all!
