I have a High School friend who lives in Montreal. Nick wanted me to stick around for an extra week in Kingston so that we could spend Thanksgiving together. So I went to visit Monique for a few days. She started her own business, EnergieNow (www.energienow.com), a Coaching Services Company, in the past year and things are slow. She's had to return and do some consulting in the business she was in before. Life is not going according to plan. We chat a lot. I also borrow a lot of her books from her extensive library. Definitely cheaper than buying them myself. Besides catching up on old times there was a reason for my side trip.
I walk around Old Montreal and take some pictures.
