Where I stayed
This place I've called Home for the past 4 years.
In Parts I & II of my travelogues I wrote entries concerning "Who am I ?". In Part I, I was in Louisiana, and in Part II, I had made a stopover west of Paris to do a genealogy study.
My ancestors came from Dieppe on the Normand coast of France. Giovanni da Verrazzano was an Italian from Dieppe who explored the Eastern American Seaboard about 100 years prior to any records of my ancestors being in Dieppe. Since we have no idea where my ancestors came from prior to arriving in Dieppe, I will say they came from Italy. I feel Italian! I love Italian women! Makes sense to me. But why Giovanni?
The question should maybe be...Why NOT? All will be revealed when the time is right. You have to remember what I wrote in Parts I & II to try and figure out why I'm putting a link there
I've, more or less, finished my transformation from who I was to who I am. My house has been For Sale the past couple of months as I am breaking off all links to my past. Maybe not the personal connections, but job, house, city, etc. My plans have been to spend the next couple of years traveling with no fixed home base. I love experiencing life, writing about it and meeting new people. I have a second book to write (and it won't be another travel blog). I also am planning on writing a movie script and having it produced. I'm more creative when I'm traveling.
As usual, there is so much more meaning to what I write than may be obvious to others. I get it. Maybe some of you do too. One day it will make sense to everyone.
I'm still 2 weeks away from leaving Cowtown. My house isn't sold. My plans haven't gone as I had thought they would. Isn't that wonderful? Imagine how boring life would be if everything went according to plan! But that's the wonder of it all. Life really is going according to plan. The Universe...God...What? Is!...all know what's going to happen.
Having FAITH is the hard part!
Think It! Feel It! Live It!
