Went out to see Uluru and stay at the resort close by. Also saw Kata Tjuta (aka Olgars), Stanley Casm & treked around Kings Canyon
This place is beautiful. Overlooked by a lot of people because of its ruralness, but is an amazing place to visit. Was an effort and a half climbing that rock (Uluru), but was absolute awesome feeling being up the top, staring at the Kata Tjuta (aka Olga's) in the far distance. Ontop was very very windy and definatly not flat! Apparently 1 death per year from people chasing their hats.
Also went and hiked around Kata Tjuta, Stanley Chasm and Kings Canyon. All provide absolutely awesome views if your willing to put in the hike. For something even more spectacular, make sure you catch uluru at dawn and dusk, it goes a bright orange colour which is fantastic.
