Well here we are laying in bed in the Narita hotel watching Japanese television - something everyones gotta see! The flight here was pretty long, 9 hours from Sydney. Was a bit of a shock when we first got off the plane. It was cloudy and raining pretty hard. However there was so much humidity in which it had me sweating within seconds. After finding our way through customs and the airport we managed to find a bus shuttle in which took us to the hotel. After getting settled we took a little walk to the local shops in which we had a ball trying to find something suitable to eat with everything written in Japanese. I ended up getting some custom noodle bowl thing, a choccy bar and something that resembled Iced Coffee - i think. One thing that i have noticed here in the short time I've been here is that the people are really nice and polite. Even the flight attendance on JAL flight everything served with a smile and a nod. Well tomorrow the alarm will be goin off at 6:30 to get up, have breakfast and a bit more look around and then straight back to the airport for a 12 hour trip to London. Wish i could of stayed longer and see more of this place. But until 3 months time...
P.S. The window in our apartment said "do not open window to prevent a dewdrop or harmful insect entering".... ??? haha!
