Well today is the first step i guess. Rocked up to the travel agent to go and visit my mate Shmoses (Paul), in which a large wod of cash was handed over. Bought a ticket flying Japanese Airlines from Sydney to London. - With a free night stop over in Tokyo.

Feels good to know that this is finally taking place, after intentions of going last year, but i dont think the buzz will really kick in until i start filling up my backpack - yet alone waking up the morning of departure. However i wont be the only one feeling this rush, Danielle will be coming along with me for the trek.

Not going to have any plans really of where to visit, but a rough guess is to spend just a over 3 months backpacking all over Europe. Keen to see all of central and western Europe countries and as many as the eastern ones as possible during travels. Will also be making a short stop back in Scotland to say g'day to Dan's family and if all goes well, will be definatly popping over to Ireland if there's time.

Alrighty... Well who knows what will happen, but i'm gonna soon find out... Cant wait!
