Hola todos mis amigos!

I got here a few hours ago and am in the habitacion for the evening. Tomorrow I ride the four hour bus to Manuel Antonio, my home for the next two months. It's funny, a two hour bus ride could be knocked out in twenty by plane, but I hear the drive is great.

When I left Houston it was 40 degrees and raining. When I landed it was 80 without a cloud in the sky, and a cool breeze that made it even more comfortable.

I got shown around by another guest and got some cash from the ATM, 16000 Colones, about 40 bucks. I'm actually in Escazu, about twenty minutes from the center of San Jose.

I can't wait to start my new experience and am looking forward to what stories and photos I come home with this time.
