After a short hour and a half drive from Hamlin we arrived in Youngstown, NY just 15 minutes drive from the famous Niagara falls. We set up camp and after having a chilled out afternoon updating some of the blog and uploading pictures we made our way into Niagara.  We arrived 6ish and spent the evening wandering around the Niagara State Park, the oldest in the US, to see both the American and the Horseshoe falls that make up this stunning landscape.  Five of the great lakes, which together hold more than 20% of the worlds fresh water, feed through the falls into Lake Ontario.  We wondered into the town for some takeaway barbecue spare ribs and chicken before heading back to the camp site.  We spent the next day chilling out not spending any pennies enjoying the heat that we had missed when in Cooperstown and Hamlin.
