Another early bus ride took us out of Andahuaylas. We got our first look at the snowy peaks of the Sothern Andes
We have ourselves booked into a super friendly hostel near the main square and have been exploring the city on foot - it is beautiful. It is quite strange to be back in a place which has so many tourists. The journey to Cusco from Lima we barely saw any travellers and it always was the same few couples that we saw. But Cusco is packed with us and with that goes the hassle of people trying to get you into their restaurants, bars and tourist agencies. Even Stalybridge Celtic have made it out here!
