Arrived in Picton via the sunny climes of Nelson in the pouring rain. How drab did this town look?
Luckily the following morning the sun came out and we were able to Kayak the Queen Charlotte Sound with a soul seal and lonely penguin - why does wildlife in NZ always come in ones?!
Kayaking was great & this place really changed with the sunshine from being depressing to being stunning.
