Who knew how much stuff there is to pack away before you can run off for 6 months?
With just a week to go we have both finished work & are sorting out what to take with us. The idea of packing light has been ruined by the discovery that it will likely be cold & wet in New Zealand, they said it's like Scotland but we didn't think they meant the weather! Perhaps we will cut NZ from our journey to save on packing waterproofs & thermals that won't be needed elsewhere! But then how will Paul & Michael get their coffee filter seals?
