Today was a bit of a mish-mash. I got myself a PO Box,
I attempted to find the power company and the property management company but got lost. No laughing - it may not be a huge place, but until you know where everything is you CAN get lost. I ran into Dan skating at the park again and we headed back to the hotel. He made pizza for dinner - one of the 2 lb jobbies from PC. We ended up talking until 1 in the morning - so all-in-all I had a great lazy (yet productive) day.
Officially in Inuvik
an account with the only bank in town - CIBC, and a few groceries at Arctic Foods. Price comparison shopping is in order as one is not cheaper than the other across the board. Arctic Foods has President's Choice products and I bought a box of "The Best Veggie Burgers Ever". The don't carry my favourite "tofu balogna" but I asked and they will order in cases of anything I want. Sweet!I attempted to find the power company and the property management company but got lost. So cool...
I just came back from Yellowknife and I had a great time. I hope you don't get too cold this winter though!

I'm sure I will - but it's OK. I've been North before (Tasiujaq on Ungava Bay) and have my Canada Goose Expedition parka and Sorrels so I'm set. But nothing prepares you for the WIND up here!!!
