bus got in at 9am, slept kind of crappy
staying in this hostel that has a sweet view of the harbor (and its cheap, 20 NTL, about 12US)
went to the ancient city of Ephesus, which is basically the best preserved city of Romans
you get to walk around on the ruins and in the city, I couldn't believe that they let you walk around on it and touch all the old columns, ruins and stuff, it was totally awesome.
tons of inscriptions, statues, columns, arches and stuff. also really cool amphitheaters
damn hot, took a dip in the Aegean sea, it was nice and refreshing and very salty
older ladies that are travelling have been hooking me up with info all along the way (or are they hitting on me?), its all good legit info that has been helpful along the way
haggled the price down for a great dinner on the water, Mir and I talked about growing up and other life stuff. We came to the conclusion that I am totally running away from growing up, such a great feeling. We came to the conclusion that she is doing the opposite and wants to get a kick ass job so that she can feel grown up and accomplished something (wonder what that would feel like)
relaxing evening of watching the sunset, listening to bob Marley and doing some reading.
