Chelsea and I got up early to hit up the park of Manuel Antonio. 7 bucks a head to get in, pretty steep. The park is basically a jungle with a beach. There are a few trails to walk through with all kinds of natural wildlife wandering around you. We wandered around on the trails for a bit and saw two sets of monkeys. They get quite close because they want to grab whatever food you have out of your hand. Thats a bit of the problem, so many people have fed these monkeys that they think that any food in your hands is their god given right and they will come right down and rip it out of your hands.

The beach in the park is beautiful. We sat out in the sun for awhile and did some swimming in the beautiful water. Beautiful spot. We saw iguanas and birds as well. Pretty cool park.

Unfortunately we had to get going to Dominical shortly after because we had to figure out where we would be staying for the weekend so that we could let Charlie and Lisa (friends of mine from Boston that are coming down to Costa Rica for a week of vacation) know where to find us when they get in on Saturday.

So we took the hot, steamy and dusty bus to the town of Dominical where they would be meeting us the following day. It took us 2 hours to go 44km (thats 27miles), yes thats less than 15miles an hour. The road was bumpy and dusty as hell.

Well worth it though because Dominical is another sweet town. Chelsea and I found a dope room on the beach for a total of 25 bucks a night. Beautiful sunset. Really cool because everyone in the town pretty much comes down to the beach to watch the sunset. Its a fairly small town.
