I've really got into this driving hobo lark, I've decided to keep on driving, just like Forest Gump kept on running. A further 3 weeks on the road around the south-east is the plan. Will spend a lot of my time in the mountain ranges around Sydney and Canberra. May even venture to Tasmania if I can squeeze it in, but this is probably wishful thinking.

Spent most of today around Rainbow beach relaxing. Had a couple of hours on the beach and then drove south following the coastline. Took a scenic route towards Brisbane via the hills around Mapleton. Parked up tonight only 16km north of Brisbane city centre. Need to drop the car off in the city and pick up another Corolla in the morning. Cheaper to hire a new car than change the drop off arrangements for my current one. Will be really sad to see my reliable Corolla go to be honest. We've been through a lot together :o(
