An old guy delivers me Kashmir apple juice every morning on his boat, he apparently was a famous Kashmiri actor in his younger days. He must be in 70s or 80s now, he's a really nice chap and the apple juice is the best I've tasted. I'll no doubt see him tomorrow morning before I leave for the airport.
 
Visited four different gardens today, most of them the legacy of Moghul occupation. They all followed the same theme of stepped terraces with a straight stream flowing down the centre and typical Moghul architecture in the form of what I would describe as summer houses.
 
Finished the day with another ride in a Shikara on the lake, stopped off for some shish kebab and watched the sunset. It was a nice way to spend my last full day in Kashmir .
