Checked out of our Tokyo Hotel at 11.30am had lunch and took the 1.40pm Airport Limousine bus to the Airport where we boarded the 6.05pm JAL flight to Vancouver arriving at 10.25am 24/08/08.  We crossed the International date line, it was a 7hr 45min flight.  Had a voucher for a cab to the Hotel.
We met our Trafalgar Tour Director - Margaret Couling in the afternoon at the Hotel and we had a welcome reception at 6pm (drinks and nibbles).  Our tour is the Trafalgar "Rockies Panorama" 11 days.
