Last night I left Rosaly's apartment, in Sao Paolo, towards the bus station around 11pm.  Arrived with plenty of time to buy my ticket and go wait for the bus leaving at around half past midnight.  It cost me right around 60 reales, or 30 USD, and was supposed to arrive at 6.30am or so.  It was comfy enough, but didn't sleep too much; definitely not "semi-cama" (semi-bed), but it was ok, I suppose.  Tonight will be NICE sleeping in a house hehe (last two nights have been spent on buses).

So anyways, ended up arriving in Rio around 8.30am, after some *crazy* crazy rush hour traffic, which was fine with me, since I wasn't to meet up with Eurico (my host in Rio) till about 10am, so while I took the bus from the bus station all the way to copacabana, I didn't have to wait too long.  I unloaded my stuff there, and relaxed for a bit, and poof, headed out to copaaa, copacabaaaana beach.

Anyways, I made it to the Atlantic Ocean, which was kind of exciting.  I walked all the way back and forth across Copacabana beach (pretty friggin long hehe) and got a nice bit of burn in the process.  Then I walked over to Ipanema and walked along it just a bit, before getting way too sunburnt.  Headed back, took a shower and passed out for an hour or so, till Eurico came back.

Then, a few hours ago I headed out to meet up with some Couchsurfers for some drinks, but I wasn't able to make it to the second location for some live jazz, because, as I said, I haven't slept properly in at least a couple nights.   Came back around 11.30pm, and here I am.  About ready to get some gooood sleep... till' next time. ;)
