Another quick post with only notes of the trip and some pics out of 1000s

Notes:

Friday:
-get to heping by public bus and attempt to find hiking path from great Lonely planet guide again
-finally think we find it... logging road to nowhere almost straight up... yet again we are old and CMB sick again! WTF!
-hike to Ping'an asking everyone we meet along the way if this is right... follow 4 old ladies for a bit who show us some shortcuts through the trees. Birnie on the bus to Ping'an

 . many times.. we think we are lost
-get to Ping'an about 4 hrs later.. dripping in sweat and hungry
-check into first place we see with free internet and head out to Ping'an for grub
-GoGo BBQ for some skewers -pig penis, lamb, chicken, etc  standard fare

I crash, makely out for a bit.. sees mating ritual of Ping'an.  crazy night actually with all the tourist in town for china holiday wkend

 
Saturday:
Raining, internet catch up day.. pics and blogs
-I head out late for some hiking close to Ping'an, Seven stars peak and nine dragon, 5 tigers peak.  some cool views as the clouds occasionally break.
-head out to dinner again then a beer or 2, meet Yan Lin and her friends at GoGo BBQ

Sunday:
-head to close viewpoints and then off towards DaZhai
-try to find Yan Lin and friends for local minority pics with no luck
-find path again to Dazhai but again no clearly marked path
-meet up with local Yao ladies hiking through hills that lead us to Zhongliu village
   -we go, we go, lunchy lunchy, mi fen, mi fen, c'est bon, c'est bon montra
-sketchy lunch at yao ladies house in Zhungliu
   -she picked weeds and flowers that cooked up really good along with tarot and rice, was really good. we passed on the meat.. see pic
-on towards dazhai trying to find our way
-amazing scenery through here.. so many pics
