Once we got our bearings in Page, we headed to the Northeast corner of Arizona to see Monument Valley. The 2 hour drive took us to Indian land that has been used countless times by Hollywood for "Old West" scenes.  The surrounding Buttes were awe inspiring.  The whole place had this quite, peaceful feel to it.  It was definitely a special place.  We drove through the park just before sundown and felt so good about the place that we camped in the designated camping area rather than driving back to Page for the night.  After a couple of sunrise photos, we were headed back to Page.
