Chris and the kids dropped me at Sarah and Paul's in Toronto on their way to Niagara Falls.  It was so nice to have a couple of days to get to know them and some great time with Kyle (my gorgeous third cousin)

Sarah cooked a delicious dinner the first night and we enjoyed a great Indian on the second night.  Sue joined us on the second day and Sarah took us to the airport to head to the Usana Convention In Salt Lake City.

We arrived at our hotel in the nick of time to join a special reception that we had qualified to attend.  We were thrilled to find that we and eight other qualifiers were able to enjoy a drink with numerous of Usana's management team including the company president, Dr Fred Cooper, the retiring CFO Mr Gil Fuller and his replacement Mr Jeff Yates,  Dr Tim Wood the Executive Vice President of Research and Development, Mark Wilson, executive Vice President of North America and others, as well as Dr Dennis Waitley (world famous author and most listened to personal development speaker on the planet!) We also had an opportunity to talk with Fi and Chris Jamieson Folland (our NZ mentors)  and Jeremy Stansfield (our mentor in the States) What a treat, such an inspiring group of people, what a fantastic way to start this few days.  We were joined by others and enjoyed a lovely meal and some really informative discussion and speeches.  It struck me yet again how great to work along side such a successful, yet humble group of people.

The conference was fantastic.  A huge volume of health information, a lot of new ideas to help people with their health and to help others to help people.  It was several days of little sleep, with an opportunity to catch up with old friends, plenty of laughs and inspiration from colleagues.

I headed off for Nashville, to meet with Jeff and Shannon and their family and spend some time with them in Murfreesboro, Tennessee prior to Chris and the kids joining us.
