What a rush!  We were finishing packing bags in the morning and still negotiating on the house.  We sold at about 12.30 and the bus arrived to take us to the airport at 2pm, nothing like cutting it fine.  We had a long wait at the airport, but Cass and I used our time well by getting a massage.  The flight was pretty ugly, none of us slept well, we had pretty cramped seats and Chris was doing a houdini act and kind of folding himself up to fit in his seat.(not pretty. 

We queued for quite a time at LAX before the nice lady let us go through the American citizens area.  We eventually found our bus that took us to our new van.  Which has been nick named PLOD, standing for Pathetic Lindsay Overweight Dodge.(thanks to Zack)  We felt very organised with a printed google map telling us the way to go.  Only to be stuffed up at the first on ramp finding that it was closed.  After much driving around we eventually found our way to Laguna Beach, eating at a local restaurant a late lunch as the kids were completely losing the plot.  We arrvied at our hosts house, Gayle and Tom.  What a beautiful spot!
