Well we made it to Thailand, just! it was coming close to when i thought we wouldn't make it out of delhi airport. that is probably the single reason why i would never return to india! it took a good couple of hours to get through security and immigration and we were the very last few to get on the plane which had to be held up for us.
but enough of ranting on. were in bangkok now and it's really hot! it's shorts and flip flop time at last so i'm more than happy. we got in and managed to negotiate our way from the airport and found somewhere to stay. after a quick power nap we headed out for a little 'orientation' walk. a little trip down the river was really good and andy is now planning our trips to many temples tomorrow!
then in a day or so we will make our way north stopping off a few places as we head to chiang mai and then over into Laos.

Lot's of temples
Hi Chris,
been following your travels but what is it with the temples????? is there nothing else to photograph?
Re: Lot's of temples
hello!
we seem to be very carefully picking parts of the world with just temples in! i think that's why we are speeding through this part of thailand. i can't wait to go south to the beaches.
hopefully Laos and Vitnam will offer more scenery so hopefully more range of photo's. Cambodia will be more temples but the most spectacular by far!
