Waiting to leave!!!! 3 months to go............

Hello everybody,
This is the first of our entries into our online travel journal and really a test to work out how to use it.
We have 3 months and 19 days 14 hours and 30 minutes till we leave on our adventure.
We have most of the plans in place and for those who haven't had their ears chewed off by us about this trip here is a rough outline of the itinerary.
I'm sure we will miss all our friends, families and our great city of Brighton.
Leave 06/06/05 for San Francisco - After a short stop for Kelly to be a bridesmaid we will begin our road trip up the west coast and into Canada as far as Vancouver, then east to Banff and then south back into America through Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Las Vegas, Nevada then west back to S.F. This should take about 2 1/2 months.
Leave LA for Tahiti - 31/08/05 - We arrive in Papeete late at night and will be waiting around for the first ferry to Moorea. We will be staying here 10 days at Camping Nelson. (Cheapest accommodation in Tahiti)
Leave Tahiti for Cook Islands - 10/09/05 - We will be on Rarotonga for 14 days staying at two different places. This is also where we will be doing our Open Water Padi Course.
Cook Islands to Fiji - 24/09/05 - 10 days on Fiji staying on Viti Levu (main island). With trips to the Yasawas Islands.
Fiji to New Zealand - 05/10/05 - We will be in New Zealand for about 2 1/2 months. We are hiring a sleepervan to drive around the north and south islands.
New Zealand to Australia - 12/12/05 - We fly into Melbourne and again we have rented a sleepervan and intend on spending 3 months traveling up the east coast to Cairns. Can't wait to dive with the Great Whites on the barrier reef...(Yeah right)
Australia to Singapore - 03/03/06 - 'I'm here for a week'...soaking up the atmosphere and ogling all the new gadgets while Kelly swims in Singapore Slings.
Singapore to Thailand - 10/03/06 - Flying into Chang Mai where we will spend a week in the mountains with a local tribe, then we will work our way down to Bangkok and then on to southern Thailand. We will then spend another month working our way back through Malaysia to Singapore, where our journey will come to an end.........
We hope to update this log often but without boring everybody, so please pass the link on to anybody you think would like to know whats going on or even if they would just like to escape the office for a few minutes and spend a little time with us.
