We survived the clickety clack whoo whoo of the night on the train. I didn't mind it but some people in our party didn't care for it. I found it rather soothing. David took the top bunk. Considerable rocking on the rails making walking or pouring liquids difficult, thus the nickname for the train of Galloping Gertie!

Saw lots of pretty scenery today. Got lots of visiting in with our friends. Ate way too much food. Did some serious napping. Thought about our friends back home in the midst of a snowstorm.

Arrived in Williams at 9:45.  Rode a shuttle to our hotel and are getting ready for the big Grand Canyon adventure tomorrow.

Have a ball! The midwest snowstorm has made its way here to Philadelphia. Bring some Spring weather back with you when you come home!

Got our drive cleaned out. Will go check your house later. The rest of the snow where we have cleaned out (off the drive is melting). You got out just in time.
